PLEASE NOTE: All Boxer and Officials details must be completed at the same time when registering. Do not attempt to register and return later to add boxers etc., You cannot...Thankyou...IMPORTANT UPDATE INFORMATION: The Matchmaking Database is intended for the sole use of Club Competition Secretaries or their nominated Password holders for the purposes of Matchmaking only. Please be aware that distribution of your password could leave you open to fines of up to £400k should the information be mis-used. We will do our bit to ensure that security is kept to a maximum and ask that you give the same priority.

Mis-use of any information including e-mail addresses for commercial purposes will result in legal action under the Data Protection Act 1988. There is a small annual administration fee of £35 which allows you to add, regularly update and print your own Matchmaking list. Access to the full database is granted when your list is verified as genuine by Warrior Boxing.

Please note: Failure to update your list on a regular basis may result in it's removal in order for us to maintain the relevance of the information and integrity of the database as a whole. Payment of the administration fee does not grant automatic access to the information on offer if your clubs details are out of date and all monies paid will be forfeited should this be the case and your list is removed.

IMPORTANT CHANGES

PASSWORD ACCESS: Starting immediately access to the Database will be password protected. There are several reasons for this:

1. We receive calls from matchmakers who are happy to use the facility but who will not put their own lists online for 'fear' of giving away too much information about their boxers or through plain laziness. We think this is unfair and only by adding your list will you have access to all the information.
2. Instances have been reported whereby boxers parents have checked an opponents record and taken issue with the Coach as being 'too strong' etc., Competition Secretaries match bouts...NOT Parents!
3. If we had a pound for every 'Mickey Mouse ABC' that some dork has tried to register we'd be rich men. Password protection will prevent this from happening.
4. Although it's been nipped in the bud, some companies believe that a published e-mail address gives them the right to hawk their goods and services to all and sundry. You may need the latest rubber gloves or cheap Viagra....I don't ;>)

ADMINISTRATION CHARGE: It was never our intention when starting the Matchmaking Database to make it anymore than a free facility that would do exactly what it says on the tin! It's working very well but increased success has brought with it an increase in the web space we need to purchase to run it effectively and greater demands on administration time, not to mention the costs involved developing the damn thing in the first place! With this in mind we charge a small annual administration charge of £35. This charge will enable us to take the database and other elements of the site to a higher level and trust me, you'll be mighty happy with the changes.......................
