Seconds Out can provide one to one support for young people who maybe experiencing problems or difficulties that are having a negative impact on their emotional well being and damaging their ability to engage positively with education and the community.
Seconds Out Education through Sport Programme brings benefits that are transferable to the classroom and life such as focus, self discipline, health awareness, inclusion and a positive attitude.
Through strong partnerships, various accredited sports programmes can also be offered including football, taekwondo, and gymnastics
Programmes incorporating citizenship and self awareness can be developed in conjunction with educational settings, other professionals and families to ensure the specific, individual needs of the young are catered for.
