We are based on the Sefton Housing estate in Netherton where we have our own purpose built Gym. There are about forty boxers in the Gym who's ages range from 11 to 25 years old. The actual boxing team consists of twenty boxers including one female. The boxers train on a regular basis three nights a week.

Our six Coaches have all passed the stringent ABA Coaching courses and have First aid Certificates. They have also passed courses in Child Protection, Equity in Sport, and equal opportunities. All of our staff work on a voluntary unpaid basis and have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau.
